📌 IEPF Share Recovery Process (Step-by-Step)
1️⃣ Check करें Shares IEPF में गए हैं या नहीं
कंपनी की website या IEPF portal पर जाकर:
Shareholder name
Folio number
DP ID / Client ID से search करें।
2️⃣ Required Documents तैयार करें
अगर Original Shareholder खुद apply कर रहा है:
✅ PAN Card
✅ Aadhaar Card
✅ Client Master Report (CMR)
✅ Cancel Cheque
✅ Demat Account
✅ Dividend proof (अगर हो)
✅ Share certificate copy (physical shares में)
अगर Legal Heir apply कर रहा है:
अतिरिक्त documents:
✅ Death Certificate
✅ Succession Certificate / Probate / Will
✅ NOC from family members
✅ Indemnity Bond
✅ Affidavit
3️⃣ IEPF-5 Form भरना
Official IEPF portal पर:
Company name
Share details
Demat details
Personal details
भरकर online form submit करना होता है।
4️⃣ SRN Number Generate होता है
Form submit होने के बाद:
SRN number मिलता है
Acknowledgement download करना होता है
5️⃣ Physical Documents कंपनी को भेजना
Form submit के बाद:
Signed copy
Documents self-attested
कंपनी के Nodal Officer / RTA को courier करना होता है।
6️⃣ Company Verification
कंपनी:
Documents verify करती है
Verification report IEPF authority को भेजती है
7️⃣ IEPF Authority Approval
Verification सही होने पर:
Shares वापस Demat account में credit हो जाते हैं
Dividend bank account में आ सकता है
⏳ Time: आमतौर पर 2–6 महीने लग सकते हैं।
