How to apply for an IPO with your Zerodha account?

 1. How to apply for an IPO with your Zerodha account?

Answer:- Yes, you can apply for an IPO. You can apply via ASBA (Applications Supported by Blocked Amount), this blocks the amount in your account and will be deducted proportional to the allotment or completely released in case of no allotment. We’ve answered the process to apply for an IPO here

So the Beneficiary DP A/C Number = DP ID + DP A/C No ?? e.g: If DP A/C. No 0001234 DP Id : 87654321 Will the Beneficiary DP A/C Number be 876543210001234 ?? Please reply ASAP.

Hello! My bank is asking (online) for 3 things for applying to ASBA: NSDL-DP ID Client ID CDSL-Beneficiary ID can you please help with this?

2. Got error while accepting UPI mandate, can I use ASBA instead?

Was applying for one of the IPOs and got an error accepting the mandate and now I’m unable to cancel the bid… The application amount was over 2 lakhs and now I’m thinking of applying using Netbanking ASBA. Will my application get accepted or will it be rejected? Please help…

You can make only one IPO application in the HNI category. However, since you were not able to accept the mandate, the RTA will not consider the UPI IPO application valid. In this case, your netbanking application will be considered for allotment since it is the only valid application with your PAN.
